Built for wholesale investors seeking digital access to AUD cash management

BXCT is designed for verified wholesale investors, institutions, corporate treasuries, digital asset managers and family offices seeking short-duration Australian dollar income exposure through a tokenised structure.

WHY BXCT

Conservative exposure, digital settlement, institutional control

BXCT combines a restricted investment mandate with tokenised ownership records and AUDX settlement infrastructure.

Institutional asset backing

The strategy is focused on AUD cash-management accounts and term deposits issued by Australian Authorised Deposit-taking Institutions, with exposure potentially held indirectly through managed funds.

15-1

Low fee structure

A 0.15% p.a. management and administration fee, with no performance fee and no entry or exit fee at launch, excluding third-party and network costs.

9-4

Speculative derivatives are prohibited. Leverage is limited to temporary settlement support within the parameters set out in the trust deed.

Two settlement pathways

Standard Business Day processing sits alongside a discretionary Alternative Settlement Facility, subject to liquidity, pricing and operational conditions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What wholesale investors need to know

Who can access BXCT?

BXCT is available only to verified Wholesale Clients and other persons who may lawfully acquire interests without a Product Disclosure Statement. The Trustee may require evidence of wholesale status at any time.

Is BXCT available to retail investors?

No. BXCT is not intended for retail distribution.

What does BXCT invest in?

The product sheet describes indirect exposure to AUD-denominated cash-management accounts and term deposits issued by Australian ADIs. AUDX is used for settlement purposes rather than as the core investment asset.

Are capital, income or distributions guaranteed?

No. Capital, income, distributions and returns are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on trust income, expenses, reserves, market conditions and the Trustee's determinations under the governing documents.

How are subscriptions processed?

At launch, subscription settlement is accepted in AUDX. Applications are subject to acceptance by the Trustee, settlement confirmation and the relevant Dealing Day process.

Can redemptions be immediate?

The Trustee may operate an Alternative Settlement Facility for certain transactions, but it is discretionary and subject to available liquidity, transaction limits, pricing adjustments, operational conditions and the trust terms. Standard redemptions may take longer.

How are Units represented?

Each Unit is represented technologically by a BXCT Token. The Token does not create a separate financial product or rights separate from the Unit it represents.
